These values govern the way in which we do business and underpin all the training programmes we develop and deliver.

Inspiration:

We seek to connect with others and encourage them to believe in themselves, try something new and expand their boundaries. We do this by making what we do engaging for people. We aim to appeal and trigger something personally which may open up new possibilities.

Challenge:

We aim to go outside of own comfort zones and encourage others to do the same, in the interests of personal growth. All our training programmes provide a safe and supportive environment for people to begin to do this. We seek to lead by personal example, knowing first hand the difficulties involved with stepping into new territories, and the rewards that can be gained.

Discovery:

We recognise that sometimes people are directly searching for something and also that they may discover something by chance. An element of mystery is involved that can create curiosity and the desire to explore. We work on the basis that people possess the answers to their questions within themselves if they know how to access their own resources. 

High standards:

We strive to be amongst the best at what we do and aim to deliver high quality programmes. We continue to question ourselves, learn from the best and develop as individuals and an organisation in order to keep our standards high. We seek to work with others who are attracted to the same.

We adhere to a code of moral values, namely that we are honest, open, trustworthy, and genuine in our business relationships and in the delivery of our programmes.
