One Life 2 Live Partners with Business Link North West and the Leadership and Management Advisory Scheme
£1,000 SME Senior Level Management Funding available for organisations who commit £500 to leadership training for a single manager.
The Funding Skills Agency and the North West Development Agency are providing funding to support SME businesses to invest in the development of their most senior teams. Their aims are to develop world-class skills in leadership and strategic thinking, to impact positively on the competitiveness and productivity of the North West region, and to encourage the take-up of learning for leaders. They are currently offering support for one senior manager within SME businesses.
In response to this, One Life 2 Live is offering leadership training and coaching programmes designed to develop leaders on a personal level, increasing their capacity to act and to engage with their staff to deliver high-end results. We now operate in an era where people seek fulfilment, passionate motivation and the opportunity to make a significant contribution in their work. This presents new challenges to those at the most senior levels in all organisations and our programmes are designed to support the nature of leadership required in a Knowledge Worker economy.
We offer the following options:
Attendance on any three days of workshops designed around particular leadership requirements. Workshops are currently being developed but will include

Presenting With Confidence and Impact (two days)
Advanced Presenting for Engagement and Entertainment (one day)
Finding Your Fire and Inspiring Others To Find Theirs (one day)
Developing Rapport for Strong Leadership (one day)
A three-day programme introducing new leaders to the role of leadership.
In-House Programmes - any of our workshops can be delivered in-house. We also consider bespoke and tailored programmes to meet specific requirements.
Part-funding to become a Certified NLP Practitioner with the American Board of NLP. This develops personal leadership skills and the ability to engage with others.
One-to-one leadership coaching programmes.
Eligibility for funding
Your company is based in the North West and employs a minimum of 5 FTE paid employees and a maximum of and 999.
You are looking to develop leadership and management skills.
Companies with between 5 and 999 UK employees can apply for funding to support one senior manager.
You could receive:
A training grant of £500 towards a One Life 2 Live programme and a further £500 training grant provided you match £ for £ of investment. Organisations are encouraged to invest in a proportion of the training and apply for the maximum £1,000 grant.
