Personal embodied coaching for executives and leaders

The nature and intensity of senior level work can often make it difficult to attend traditional training and development programmes. Working one-to-one with a coach facilitates more individual and progressive development through shorter and more regular sessions. The work I do at One Life 2 Live is very much centered around the individual and their particular concerns. My start point is how your challenges at work link with your own capacities to act in particular arenas. For instance, if you struggle to resolve conflict because you either fail to engage with certain issues or because you become too aggressive, then coaching would help you deepen your capacity to work successfully in that territory. If you find it challenging to inspire others, then coaching would focus on the difficulties you face personally in bringing people with you and how that can be shifted. I work very much with your language, body and emotions and coaching involves undertaking certain practices between sessions to help you develop a different leadership muscle. I deliver all my coaching work in-person, and preferably away from your normal place of work.
