Learning To Die In Order To Live

What Death Can Teach Us About Life

Death is the only guarantee in life. We will all meet it at some point and yet, despite its inevitability, death is somewhat taboo and rarely talked about. Our approach to death is often either one of fear or of thinking that it will never happen to us. Either way, our failure to integrate it impacts on our capacity to live life in a meaningful way and to focus on the things that really matter. When death approaches, a wisdom about life emerges that we can benefit from and the passage of the psyche in the final stages of life can be embraced much earlier if we are willing to do the work required. This one-day workshop takes a look at what we can learn from death in order to embrace life more fully.
